IS SO MUCH MORE THAN A LIP STAIN, BUT WHAT MAKES IT SO DIFFERENT AND SPECIAL ANYWAY?

LipSense is unlike any other long-lasting lip colour or stain on the market. It does not stain your lips, but instead uses advanced colour technology to molecularly bind tiny particle pigments to your lips.

Over time, the particles begin to detatch from the skins surface. The rate at which this occurs varies tremendously and is based upon the pH-balance of each person's skin and the colour they've chosen to wear for the day. Since some pigments naturally last longer than others. (which is why we say LipSense lasts UP to 18 hours!)

Here is how the LipSense layering process works and why it is so important to the long-lasting qualities of the product:

1st Layer: touches the skin's pH and will begin to break down first and fastest.

​

2nd Layer: protected from the bottom, away from the skins pH, by the first layer.

​

3rd Layer: protects the second layer from the top down and prevents sheering of the second layer of colour by keeping away friction, saliva, and the natural environment. The third layer breaks down just like the first layer, but from the top down. The second layer is sandwhiched between the first and third and is protected by both for the longest period of use.
